Lexis Buckles plays a key role in supporting the operations and growth of Integrated Planning & Wealth Management as Executive Assistant and Integrator to Adam Cmejla. She helps manage the day-to-day functions of the firm while also driving progress on internal initiatives and special projects.

With a background in high-level executive support across industries including architecture, staffing, and client services, Lexis brings a blend of organization, communication, and project management skills to the team. She’s especially passionate about building systems that create clarity, improve collaboration, and keep things moving efficiently.

Based in Georgia, Lexis enjoys spending time with her large family and two dogs, traveling abroad (nine countries and counting!), and staying active through social sports like pickleball and kickball.
